Which SurePayroll plan do I need?

It depends on what your business requires. Multi-state payroll, contractor payments, time tracking and similar needs are only on some tiers. The calculator picks the cheapest plan that meets your requirements and tells you which requirement ruled the others out.

Base and per-employee price are both "starting at" figures per the source page. Direct deposit is explicitly "Free 2-day" (not next-day), so next-day-direct-deposit is marked unavailable. A separate Nanny & Household Payroll plan ("starting at $39/month, includes one employee") exists but is not modeled here. It is out of scope for a small-business launch set. Two schema-fit approximations, both re-confirm-worthy: (1) year-end forms are actually billed as a shared $50/year base plus $5/form across W-2s and 1099s combined, which the schema has no slot for, so both are marked unknown rather than force a wrong number into one category; (2) the multi-state fee is modeled as a flat monthly add-on rather than per-state, since the source wording ("for $9.99/month") reads as a feature unlock rather than a per-state multiplier.
